Oldfields medium dry cider combines natural freshly cut apple flavour with gentle tannins from the skins and pips giving a wonderfully tingly mouthfeel. Very quaffable, it is a great accompaniment to spicy food.
Oldfields award-winning medium sweet cider is packed full of natural apple flavour and fruity sweetness. When Oldfields say 'sweet' they mean sweet-ish because it's well balanced and not too sugary or syrupy. Balance is important too, it has gentle acidity and a little tannin from the apple pips and skins.
Oldfields original cider is based on the original recipe of the Oldfields draught cider, in fact it's even from the same tank! Bottled cider is never quite the same as in keg but Oldfields think this comes pretty close.
Redstreak apples are delicate so when they start dropping in September and October Paul has to be quick off the mark to press them before they spoil. It's not easy to make this cider. But we think it's worth it.
